Question 1

What does 9R Designs do?

Accepted Answer

9R Designs is a web design and SEO studio in West Palm Beach, Florida, founded by Mike Lynch. It builds custom, animation-rich websites, local SEO systems, AI search visibility (AEO and GEO), and booking and lead automations for service businesses in Palm Beach County, across Florida, and nationwide.

Question 2

Do you work with businesses in West Palm Beach?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 9R Designs is based in West Palm Beach and works with businesses throughout Palm Beach County, including Wellington, Jupiter, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, and Palm Beach Gardens. Every build is planned around how customers in that market actually search, not a generic national template.

Question 3

Can you help with local SEO and AI automation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Local SEO is a core 9R Designs service: Google Business Profile optimization, local keyword and service-area pages, structured data, and Map Pack visibility. AI automation covers booking systems, deposits, smart intake forms, reminders, and CRM workflows, using tools like Square and Calendly, that cut manual admin for local businesses.

Question 4

What types of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

9R Designs works with premium local service businesses and specialized brands, including schools and childcare organizations, cannabis and vape brands, tattoo studios, motorcycle and hot rod shops, artists and creators, HVAC and electrical contractors, and real estate. The common thread: businesses that need more than a generic template.

Question 5

Do you work with schools, preschools, or childcare brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 9R Designs has built sites in the education space, including First Impressions Schools, and understands what childcare centers, preschools, daycares, Montessori schools, and private schools need: parent-facing clarity, enrollment-focused calls to action, trust signals like licensing and staff credentials, and local visibility in Google Maps.

Question 6

Do you only work in Florida?

Accepted Answer

No. 9R Designs is based in West Palm Beach and has deep expertise in the Florida market, but it works with businesses across the United States. The same local SEO, AI search, and conversion systems adapt to any city or region, with service-area pages built for each market you target.

Question 7

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Reach out through our contact page or call (561) 231-0384. 9R Designs reviews your current website, search visibility, and goals, then outlines a strategy, timeline, and budget. If you need one high-converting page fast, the $997 Launch Page Sprint reserves a production slot for $497.

Question 8

Why choose a web design agency instead of a $20/month website builder?

Accepted Answer

A $20/month website builder gives you a generic template; an agency gives you a custom, conversion-focused system built around your brand, your market, and your goals. An agency designs your site, SEO, and automations to attract better clients, increase booking value, and protect you from platform changes or account issues. A builder just puts you in the same box as everyone else—an agency helps you stand out, rank higher, and turn more visitors into money.

Question 9

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and why does my business need it?

Accepted Answer

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of making your business a source that AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews cite in their answers. More buyers now get answers without clicking through, so GEO adds clear entity data, structured content, and quotable facts to your site. Read our full GEO guide.
